3D-CT Revision Rhinoplasty Surgery Method
Not satisfied with nose bridge height
Replace the implant after removing the existing implant that fits the nose line. If necessary, the wide nasal bones can be cut and gathered together to narrow the nose bridge for a more natural and beautiful nose line.
Nose Bridge looks curved
Before revision rhinoplasty, the pocket is precisely removed, the soft tissue and the asymmetry of the facial bone are checked, and the nose bridge is corrected by reinserting the customized implant into the cartilage.
Implant is seen and reflected
Lower the height of the implant or replace it with a thinner implant. If the skin is too thin, the dermis or fascia is used to correct the reflection of the implant.
Deformed nose tip and bridge
The tissue at the tip of the nose is removed and the shape of the tip of the nose is reshaped using septal cartilage or ear cartilage. If the tip of the nose is too low, the basic structure is newly created to strengthen the skeleton of the tip of the nose to reduce recurrence.
When implant is moved
After accurately securing the space for the implant to be inserted, reinsert the implant under the bone and periosteum.
If your nose is originally curved, it needs to be corrected through curved rhinoplasty.
In case of inflammation
In case of local inflammation, antibiotics can be used to treat the inflammation, but in the case of inflammation related to the implant, the implant is removed as soon as possible and revision is performed using autologous tissue.

Does it leave many scar?
In rhinoplasty, the incision is made in the nasal passage area and inside the nose, but since it is a small and invisible area, few people are concerned about scarring. The incision site may feel red for about a month, but it becomes almost invisible after 2-3 months, and you do not have to worry about it as we will manage it according to the condition of the scar.
When can i do revision surgery after rhinoplasty?
If the nose is visibly curved after surgery or if the implant needs to be removed due to infection, revision should be performed immediately regardless of the time. In case of non-emergency, revision rhinoplasty can be done 6 months after previous surgery.
